Sales Representative/Advertising Consultant Tasks: Communicate with networks in the San Diego area to provide each venue with the latest in digital technology. Sales will also work hand in hand with advertisers to provide their products on our Digital Video Posters. We will train you on our product as well as our effective and extremely valuable sales / interaction tools and technique(s). Our sales have grown every week since inception and keeping up with them is one of our most difficult tasks. We are looking for serious, goal-oriented individuals who want to make a point of improving their own abilities and taking a serious interest in the success of the company. Requirements: One year experience working inside consultative sales. Excellent phone sales skills in a professional selling environment. Organizational skills and computer proficiency a must. Knowledge and/or some experience with resources in the San Diego community. A college degree (preferred, but not required). Must be able to interact well with cross-functional teams. Desire to learn and constantly improve. Ability to take initiative and manage time effectively. Management of all activities within the marketing calendar. Courteous and professional communication with other departments throughout Bright Box Media. The position is also responsible for coordination and participation of events in the San Diego area. Requirements: Three to five years experience in related functions, preferably in commercial marketing. Demonstrates ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with success in promoting Bright Box Media's image. Experience in dealing with graphic design software programs including Photoshop and Illustrator. Must also be able to manage relationships with media agencies. Prior management experience is desirable.
